INCORPORATION OF COMPANY
Company – According to Section 2(20) of the Companies Act, 2013 “company” means a company incorporated under this Act or under any previous company law;
A company may be formed for any lawful purpose by—
(a) seven or more persons, where the company to be formed is to be a public company;
(b) two or more persons, where the company to be formed is to be a private company; or
(c) one person, where the company to be formed is to be One Person Company that is to say, a private company,
by subscribing their names or his name to a memorandum and complying with the requirements of this Act in respect of registration:

Choose and Reserve a Name:
Choose a unique name for the Company and apply for name reservation through the SPICE PART-A service. The name must comply with naming guidelines and should not conflict with existing trademarks or company names.
Information Required:
Filing of Incorporation Documents- Submit Form SPICE PART-B (Form for Incorporation of Company) along with the required documents.
Docs Required:
Aadhaar Card and Pan Card of each Director
Identity Proof of each Director I.e. Voter ID, Passport, Driving License etc.
Contact No, Email id, Photograph and occupation and educational Qualification of each Director
Residence proof of each Director I.e. Latest Bank Statement/ Electricity Bill etc.
Proof of Registered Office Address I.e. Latest Electricity Bill/ Mobile Bill not older than 2 Months etc.
Proof of Registered Office Address I.e. Rent Agreement (if Property is rented), Sale Deed (if property is self-owned) etc.

Get the Certificate of Incorporation
Once the Registrar approves your application, you’ll receive a Certificate of Incorporation and your LLP will be legally registered.
